There is parking available outside my office or on the side streets. Please arrive just before your appointment as I will likely be wrapping up with another client and won’t want to keep you waiting for long.

Therapy sessions usually last for 50 minutes. You’ll be surprised at how fast the times flies once we start working together. I would only recommend a shorter session in an emergency. Couples and family sessions need more time and attention so we will initially need 60 – 90 minutes or more. We could also have longer individual sessions but you will be required to pay extra for the additional time.

For most significant progress to occur I would recommend you attend weekly sessions. However, during your initial assessment we will determine the most appropriate frequency and length of sessions.

I work best with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression and those dealing with life changes such as relationship issues, growing children, aging parents, divorce, low self-esteem and body image issues. As a certified life coach, I also work with individuals who may not have any underlying mental health concerns but would like to make some changes and build lives they truly love living.
