Individual therapy offers you a space to feel safe enough to take off the mask and accept your truth. You will have guided support that will help you work through the hardest moments. I will not give you advice or tell you what to do. Instead, with my non judgmental, kind, humorous and insightful approach, you will discover the answers that you are seeking and quickly implement some of the research validated strategies I share into action.

When you contact me I will respond as soon as possible. I know that when you’re in emotional distress you need a responsive therapist so I will not keep you waiting for a response longer than you have to. 

When we connect, I will find out what you need support with in order to better understand your needs and I will explain how I can help you. If we’re a good fit we will schedule your first session. And if I believe you would be better served from other kinds of support, I will offer you appropriate referrals.

When you attend your first session, we will explore your past and how it impacts your present functioning. The first session is a comprehensive initial assessment during which I will obtain a detailed history to understand what is going on in your life and what our focus will be in therapy.
